Event Description:

On Shavuot we celebrate the gift of Torah at Sinai. One custom is to spend the night surrounded by texts, studying for nuance and
learning meaning.

On ShavuArt, we embrace this tradition with an arts twist. As we enjoy cheesecake and wine surrounded by artwork of the finest
Jewish artists of the 20th Century, we'll learn about their history, technique and seek the nuance and meaning of these beautiful
masterpieces.

Aliza Nahor - Israeli master of German expressionism
Marc Chagall - Famed French/Belarussian impressionist master
Moshe Rosenthalis - Lithuanian-born genius of Israeli abstractionism

Jewish Singles Mingle in Hollywood

Hosted by JCC Singles Mingle & Mosaic Outdoor Club of South Florida

When: Thursday, May 6, 6:00 - 9:00 pm

What: Come sample delicious wines and gourmet cheeses with Jewish singles from all over South Florida at the
beautiful Hollywood Vine. There will be complimentary cheese and crackers, along with specially priced glasses of wine
and spirits from around the globe. Casual dress. Feel free to bring your friends.

You must reserve your kayak in advance (we're using Up The River outfitters in Buford)
You must reserve your shuttle trip in advance if y have your own kayak or canoe.
